Houseplant The villa is divided in two floors; at the ground floor there are the services, kitchen, dining and living rooms, and a bedroom with private bathroom fitted also for disables. Adjacent to the kitchen there is an external terrace, equipped with sun umbrella and tables for outdoor dining. On the southern side of the house, two shady terraces run all over the facade, with access from the bed rooms and the living.

“Lorietta’s” restaurant is located in Cerretoli village, just a walk far from the house: very cheap and well known for its typical cooking.
